Money deduction without my consent

I have written a review about this before and I will do it again because a deduction was done again in my account without my consent, I have been writing dozens of emails and all of the people who said helped and deactivated my account have not done so because money was deducted again today.

I am sick and tired because I am not your student, I have never been and received anything from you guys. Why are you busy ******** me I requested for a refund but u didn't give me, I'm requesting again for the money you took today. And cancel my account. I did try on the website but there is no option to do that. Cancel my account now
