Misleading “trial” and impossible cancellation!

Pretty upset. Signed up for a free trial because I was unable to see the courses without signing up. Asked for credit card details, so I put them in. Once signed up, I saw they didn’t have the subject I was looking for, and when I tried to cancel my account they wouldn’t let me. Took me through 4 pages, then finally gave me a number that I was unable to get through on. Now I’ve had R400 come off my account that I cannot reverse. Not impressed at all.
