Misleading, poor service from Shaw Academy

Terrible experience as they have not responded to my recent emails and can be very misleading. I have completed my exams months ago and have still not recieved my hard copy certificate. At first I was told a module result was missing from their records. I then re- did it and have emailed them proof 2 months ago, and have followed up, yet no one has responded. Their consultants "give you extra value for what you have paid for" when you question their charges and their site has one touch payments which does not ask for any verifications. They make you run in circles. After months of classes and completing assignments and exams, with A grade passes, Hard copy certificate and delivery charges had to be paid as a separate fee. This was done, however no sign of Shaw Academy once course was completed. Really ********* and unacceptable service.
