Misleading and dishonest!

I completed Module 1 for Bookkeeping, with numerous problems, only to find that there is no supporting course material for Module 2! The Summary Notes are essential, I was advised they have not completed them yet. How can you teach a class without these! I have paid my membership for 3 months, which I was told covers materials and certificates and yet I am still receiving messages advising I need to buy these, Very disappointing as no-one gets back to you!
