Misleading Ads and consumer rights violation

BEWARE OF THE ******** I recently signed up for a free digital marketing course advertised on Instagram, even refered my dad on a photography one,thank God he delayed to take the course, but now the ad proved to be misleading because soon after I start getting notifications on my phone for charges I never agreed on 2 days in a row they charged me R1200,I there fore requested for cancelation of my account all I'm getting are emails stating that my request is being resolved and how I should go about the cancelation online and by call which I have already done yet still they are charging as an active member.These guys don't care about consumer rights they are ********* and misleading. PLEASE ANYONE WHO SEES MY REVIEW BECAREFUL AND DO NOT BE A VICTIM...NEVER EVER SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THEM!!!!
