Misinformed about 'free' online course

I'm deeply disappointed by this response . It seems that I was badly misinformed by one of your agents (nicholas) .

My course access ends on the 15th of November which means I was, in effect , **** to about being able to complete this course and get the certificate at no cost. I want to know what is going on here and why I was mislead.

No, it is not possible to get a Diploma after eight lessons, you need to complete all four Modules which take sixteen weeks and then you will get your Diploma if you pass your Final Assignment.
