Membership Cancellation Fault and No assistance received

I haven’t received any help.. I called last week to ask for assistance to cancel my membership and I was told to call; I called and the system wouldn’t take my code..I cancelled again today with no code and couldn’t do it..

The next thing they will bill me for their system issues ..do not bill me for this cause it’s your system fault..
