"lifetime membership"

I got the "life time membership" a few years ago and sure enough, for the next year or so, Shaw stayed true to their word and I had unlimited full access to everything. I could complete any course and get a digital certificate. However lately I noticed old restrictions slowly being placed on my access again. Where now it seems I again need to pay to complete the final test in some courses.

I'm not happy about this at all and the patronizing messages when you miss a course hasn't helped either! The lessons are clearly pre-recorded, so why I can't just have full access to all of them is beyond me. Then that way I can complete them in a day where I have a more open schedule.
