Just horrific from start to finish.

I signed up for a free trial and decided to cancel after less than two weeks. The site is so full of pop ups and UNLABELLED one-click purchases that it's impossible to get to your account settings. In the hopes of getting to a new landing page, where there was the hime button or account button, I clicked a link going to a subscription page. But it wasn't a link, it was an unlabelled one-click purchase button and they immediately took £186.39 from my PayPal account. I called the number on the PayPal invoice, which comes back as "unavailable" and so I started an email thread with customer service. They claim they can't give refunds (they can) and offered me lifetime membership, free certificates, toolkits etc.

Their certificates are not worth the energy that it takes to generate the PDF. They are not accredited by anyone. I have opened an Action ***** UK case and will have them investigated.
