Informative Yet Confusing At Times

Shaw Academy offers a variety of helpful courses for those looking to expand their knowledge and work-from-home capabilities. The way in which the courses are presented is also great! The content is well-thought-out and is laid out in a sensible way. The fact that I can also choose the times that best suit me to attend my classes is terrific.

However, the practical side of the online experience leaves something to be desired. The layout of the web app is initially confusing, and so, you need to be careful what you click on. It is too easy to accidentally sign up for something you don't want or spend money that you didn't mean to. Additionally, they send a barrage of e-mails daily, which is a bit much.

At the end of the day, the education is good, their "customer service" is responsive, and everyone is incredibly helpful. I would recommend this education provider to anyone looking to expand their s****s base.
