Incorrect charge and training package

At the end of last month just before my free 4 week trial could end I got a call from a student guidance counselor explaining packages that are available for me to take with Shaw Acadamy.

I chose to go with the 3 month package which included a free "toolkit" and hard copy certificates for R999. The package also included any amount of courses I would like to take on during the 3 month and I could add family members onto the package for free.

However, at the end of last month I was charged R399 for a 4 week package that does not include any certificates, toolkits, etc. This is very disapointing as I read many negative reviews about Shaw Academy doing this to many of their clients but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as the course material is very interesting.

Please can I get some feedback with regards to this issue and I would like my training package to be changed to the one that I had chosen.
