Impossible to cancel subscription!!

I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my subscription with no luck, they have now debited my account 3 times in the span of a month. I want my money refunded and this subscription cancelled immediately. Please do contact me to discuss this matter and refund my money! *** or email ***
