Impossible to cancel subscription!

I attempted to cancel my Shaw Academy subscription, but it seems IMPOSSIBLE!!! Called the cancellation number, after following all the prompts, just to hear that the student number is invalid. I have no need for Shaw Academy further. Please stop debiting my credit card and take me off as a student.... Forever!!!!
