I want my money back Shaw Academy

I have now had enough of Shaw Academy. They have deducted monies since February to now and my daughter only noticed this when she went to withdraw her yearly savings only to find out she has nothing because Shaw Academy has deducted R1400 from my child. They are now not responding to any emails. On fb they give you a link and this comes back saying it does not exist.

All she did was do a free trail. Which she cancelled because it was not what she wanted and hoped it was cancelled but alas she has No money now.

Anyone can help?
