I tried to cancel but I don't know what should I do because it seems like there's more into this than cancelling online .

I'm not happy with Shaw Academy because I cancelled but I recieved a email saying they tried to deduct on my account whereby they said it free and I asked by that time that I won't pay anything and the guy said no I should not be worried about that now.but I have tried to cancel again but I'm not sure what will happen
