I signed up for a "free course" with them. After seeing a deduction from my credit card (like you have to enter for any app...where after a month you can decide to pay or leave). I told them I won't have time to do the course and I need them the reimbur
Free course - NOT FREE and keep on deducting money from my account month after month!!

02 Jun 2020, 20:33I finally got a reply from the infamous Shrey everyone is complaining about.
I did get a reply which states that I did not cancel the FREE TRIAL within 28 days. Shrey can't do math as I started the night of 3 May and money was deducted from my account that same evening. Then I messaged them to tell them it is incorrect...where I was told they accept it like that and give me some sort of credit also for FREE till the end of the year. I was told to schedule my classes which I never managed to do so...then reschedule on my online profile...which does not exist (which means there is NO WAY I could have agreed to ANY terms & conditions like mentioned in the e-mail). Then on 31 May another R399 was deducted? For what??
Now I have only been told like ALL my other fellow peters that she can assure my account (which I did not set up) has been cancelled now??? And sorry no refunds unfortunately. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS!!!
