I got a refund but I still wouldn't recommend

I have updated my review because after much back and forth, I got a refund from Shaw Academy, which I appreciate.

However, the spam from them is quite frankly annoying. They email and call you non-stop. I had to block their number on my phone.

Also, cancelling your subscription is a nightmare. You have to cancel online, then call some number to finish the process, which to me, is excessive and unnecessary.
