I cancelled my subscription on the day

I cancelled my subscription on the day and they still charged me 50 pounds, and when I emailed them they said they cannot refund me due to their t&c's. This organisation lacks integrity and, in my opinion, is a total ****. please BEWARE and stay the fu** away!
