HUGE ****! Customers beware!
Such a huge ****! Signed up for a one month trial membership. Attempted to place my membership on hold a week later...they did not abide by my request. They ended up charging my account after I wasn't able to cancel their service on a weekend. Only M-F during business hours. Bombarded with emails during and after! Still fighting to get a refund! This company cannot be trusted! Stay fatal away from them!!!

30 Oct 2020, 20:32Once you look up my account you will notice that today your company sent me an email advising I would be refunded in max 7 days. I am demanding that you refund me sooner as I have heard numerous stories about how your company still fails to refund customers even AFTER sending out your email!
