Horrible experience

I've had a really horrible experience with Shaw Academy. I was charged for their FREE TRIAL and have tried getting a hold of them via email and by calling to try and resolve it. I canceled my subscription before the free month ended so I should not have been charged to my knowledge. I have not received a response from their team. After leaving my first review on hellopeter I was asked to contact them via a certain email address and my review was deleted. I have followed up multiple times but have not received a response. It's extremely difficult and near impossible to get a response from their team. I now feel that I need to change my bank details in order to not get charged again. As someone who was retrenched due to the ongoing pandemic this does not sit well with me. I started this course to better myself through a free resource, but did not end up having the experience I expected.
