GROSS DISGUST

During my time with Shaw Academy my friend and I had really received the worst possible service issues from a learning institution ever. I was promised certain services and options by Marcus and upon wanting to use these product offerings I was told that I was unable to use them because I had chosen to not renew my membership, even though I am still within the period of which I am eligible for the services offered to me. I am now I complete loser of my money and just disgusted in the lies and deceit, do yourself a favour and use a different learning institution. I even tried emailing them the proof of the things I was offered by Marcus in a mail and their reply was would you like us to cancel your membership now? It has been a continuous struggle dealing with them. ONE INSTITUTION I WILL NEVER REVISIT.
