Great content, very poor support and replies to course content

Really enjoyed the content of the course, and in my case was fortunate enough to have my course dirt cheap with a special offer. Where they did fall short was in total lack of response/reply to support or questions. My course was not live and whatever questions I posed to Morpheus (their online assistant) were useless and no replies to any questions re the topic. This last one is my biggest issue as you are restricted to just watching a video and that is it. They also flood one with offers and emails. But do I regret my course? Not at all!
