Good courses, horrible service.

They **** to me and charged my account without even after cancelling my membership.

I cancelled my membership during my trial period. They asked me to call them to confirm my cancellation. I called to confirm, spoke to one of their agents and she said she'll cancel my membership. She also said that they'll give me access to my course for the rest of the trial period and I will not be charged for it, but four weeks later they did. I emailed them requesting a refund but the only thing they gave me was 6 more months of free access. They said they won't refund me because I didn't cancel my membership during my trial, even though I did cancel and called them to confirm.
