Good content, poor navigation and no support

Good content for the photography diploma, however even though I have completed the first four lessons and assessments each time I try to advance I'm locked out from lesson 2. I cannot contact help or morphious. My first Diploma in fashion was completed and I purchased a hard copy but still nothing received.
