Further disappointment

I recently wrote a bad review for Shaw Academy regarding the lack of support material and was subsequently advised that Shaw had responded to me directly, which they have not! Today I signed on for the weekly class and lo and behold I received a message saying content was being updated so they are not even providing classes for which I have paid. What a shame that a company can take your money and then not produce what they have promised. I will never recommend them to anyone, ever!!!
