January 2021 I saw an adverti*****t about free course on line for Shaw Academy Filming Course. I registered for a free course and I was requested to pay R399 I email a guy by the Name of Nicolaus who was helping me. Asking him why I been requested to pay hence the course is free. He comfirm that the course is free.. I kept on receiving emails that I should pay and I ending up telling them to stop calling me I am not interested in paying for a free course. On the 25 of February 2021 I received notification that Shaw course Academy took R399 from my account. I was very ****ed I called my bank to reverse the debit order and I was advised is not a debit order it's a subscription. I emailed them no feedback, I went on tweeter only find out I am not the only one who is complaining about a same issue. How can you take the money to my account without my Authorization?? That is Fruad.The other guy responded to my email this morning and say it's a subscription they won't refund me. I never had any subscription with shaw academy, I never sign anything with them, I simple refuse to pay that money but they dicided to ***** it. I am want my money back before the end of today.
