FREE TRAIL ****, *****!!!

A lady named Micaylin Lakay contacted me and told me that they are ending their 4 week free trail as they had a back log and they are giving the people who registered during lockdown preference. I told her that I do not want to give my banking details and she used Netflix as a reference and explained that the reason that they ask for banking details is so that people don’t abuse the free trail. So I tried to do this 4 week course but I have a very busy lifestyle and could not keep up. (Mind you I was not advised that I had to cancel anything on the app for after this 4 weeks) I ended up deleting the app. WELL WELL WELL!! R399 was deducted from my account yesterday 8/6/2021… According to Maggie P from support they have actually tried to deduct money from my account but I had insufficient funds so the payment was delayed. Instead of calling or emailing once I had money they just deducted it! Apparently now I have a 6 month free access, ACCESS TO WHAT??? I am not interested in your stupid free access! I want my money back IMMEDIATLEY!!!
