Free Trail ****!

Free trial... yeah right! Looked at it and didn't log in again. Today I see they deducted R399 from my account for membership fee! Emailed them and they said due to Terms and Conditions they cannot refund me and that I should have canceled my subscription before the free trail expired! ********!
