Free material **** and double charges - WATCH OUT!!!

i have been a paying customer of Shaw academy for the last 6 months. I wanted to cancel my subscription as i was not using the platform at all. They obviously don't want you to cancel so push a million and one things at you. they advertising for me to get my course material for free, so i accepted the offer. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happened on my screen so i continued with my cancellation. again they pushed a lifetime membership at me, so i decided to accept, again ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happened on my screen. so i continued down the cancellation journey, got an error and was redirected to the home page. I think looked at my bank account and they had charged me for the "FREE" course material as well as a double lifetime membership - not sure how that is even possible!!!!!!

They are now refusing to give me a refund for any of my charged amounts and are no longer getting back to me.

I really wish I had read the reviews here before signing up. They are a complete ****, taking your money for NO reason!!!
