Free Lesson aren't for free.

I was going to post this review this morning but decided to give them a chance but I got another lesson reminder this afternoon. I won a four week course through Vodacom's Shake up competition . I got to hear the first lesson, and really enjoyed it. I can't fault the people but I cannot get out of the course! I've tried but still get numerous emails from different people at Shaw academy. Ist mistake I made was to give bank details to 'lock in' the course. I tried to cancel on the 11of March and again on 26 march. On 31st, my account was accessed and the amount you pay and two amounts of R10....should you continue after four weeks...was reserved by Shaw academy. Fortunately I got it reversed. Which was a different rigmarole with my bank. I keep getting reminders that my next lesson is going to start... This morning I emailed to their support email and was asked for a review. I gave a polite review and...got another lesson reminder email. I can help myself a bit on a computer but this is beyond me. Regards C Groenewald
