FREE COURSE MISLEADING ADVERTISING

I purchased a "free" online course but was billed for it. I have tried contacting them but I cannot get through to them. I have done a free course before so I thought the process would be the same. I feel ****med. The reason why I took this course is to help further my career but this is just a hoax.
