"Free 4week trial course" Lies, lies, lies. People be carefull

I registered for a 4 week free course on their website. When you register you have to put in a card number, expiry, ect. Under there FAQ's is 2 questions. 1. Will i be billed during my trial? Answer: NO NOT AT ALL!!! You will only be billed after the free trial end and you can cancel anytime. ECT. 2. Why do you need my credit card for a free trial? Answer: WE ASK FOR YOUR CARD DETAILS TO PREVENT ***** AND TO PREVENT MULTIPLE FREE TRIALS FOR ONE PERSON!!!!! ECT

Well to my surprise, as soon as I entered the course material, my cellphone received and message to say R399,00 been deducted from my bank for Shaw Academy.

After may calls that went unanswered and emails with promises to come back to me, this morning(05/08) Thomas came back. He just informed me that they will not give back my money, they *******ly took, the will offer me a 6 weeks free course instead.

After dealing with lies for more that a week, I don't want a free course and never receive my certificate, I just want my money back
