I have experienced very bad service with Shaw academy I saw it last year on Facebook then I was hooked I thought it was a good academy since I wanted to further my studies,so when i put out my details I saw where they need the card details then I ignore it I left the page. Dis year February I got a call from them telling me I have been trying to apply for Shaw academy course I said yes they said ohk then we have free trial for 4 weeks then if u don't like u will cancel the subscription but for now is free then I was happy then they asked my card details I told them I don't trust them they said we are doing this only for future if u want to continue with us. Then I started receiving calls emails left right centte, yhoo I cancelled my subscription but now the funny part was I couldn't change the details of my card when I want to delete them via my profile to then o left it like that. They kept on calling me to offer me discount I dicline their offer. Up until yesterday 29 march 2021 I received a call the person spoke very fast I couldn't even hear his name and whatever he was saying after few minutes when he end the call. Few minutes later I received notification of the purchase of product at Shaw academy. R2198.99 From my account. When I emailed them immidiately they didn't respond even calls they didn't pick them up. Until today when one of them called me said no they can't refund me I have authorize the money I said how. I have never give anyone authorization to purchase whatever I don't even know. She said we are sorry the only thing we can do is to offer you unlimited service when I checked it you still have to buy certificate.
