***** COMPANY DO NOT REGISTER BANK DETAILS

This is a **** company. DO NOT register with them. They offer "free" courses but nothing in this world is ever free!!!!! I joined on Tuesday 21 December and Wednesday 22 December downloaded the app. I clicked in there and it took me through to a pop up asking for £49.99 tool kit for the course. I did not have a spare £50 so clicked to cancel where it ends up you have to ring a number. I rang this number and spoke to Bonga who said he did not want to see me go (now I know why) and he would give me the tool kit free! I said I wanted to ensure this money would not be taken and he said no I assure you it won't. Later that night 30p transaction came up on my bank and then they took the £49.99! Please please please do not believe these people. They say they cannot refund you but can offer you first of all it was 6 months free, then 12 months and today 26 December it was a lifetime membership. I do not want anything more to do with your **** shady academy! Give me my money back! I will be leaving feedback everywhere I can until I get my money back. I am going to seek legal advice on this and the policy and Citizens Advice will be informed. I will not let you get away with this!!!!!!!!!
