First Impressions last - I will be back

I am a new student. After I registered online (I am not fond of automated processes and responses) a course assistant phoned me. I was well pleased that a human is also looking out for me.

Some of the positive first impressions are: Easily accessible - registered through Instagram, simple registration process, acknowledge that we live flexible lives, time of lecturers and scheduling of classes convenient, asking questions and getting answers is easy and contribute to learning, supportive, relevant and simple enough.

I started using the knowledge I gained from day one.
