False Advertising it seems
I am quite upset with Shaw Academy. My course started off great and I felt the staff were very responsive and helping with emails etc. Then I noticed that all my lessons are pre-recorded and I am not actually watching a live lesson with real-time opportunities to ask the lecturer questions during the lessons. I joined Shaw Academy because of this promise but it seems to me as though it might me a bit of false advertising. I have emailed about 4 people about this and have not received any response, yet I keep getting automated mails from some of the addresses. I am very disappointed in this service.

Over the last few weeks/months we have been testing delivering more webinars to more students at the best times around the world. Our educators are still here to support you, and each webinar is being supported live by our team of Student Guidance Managers.
