False Advertising

I am very disappointed in this institution, i have completed my online registration with my banking details as i am unable to continue without that. I then recieved a call from Shaw Academy and they had reassured me that i would not get charged for my 'Free" course i signed up for. They also advised that they would call me two days before a debit would be processed to go off, however, this wont be the case, because the course is free & i am able to cancel. Today i seen that my account was debited and not even the lowered discounted amount that they have been advertised, but a full amount. Also, i also won a free 4 week course through Vodacom, so ofcourse i am certain no debits will go off, however, to my surprise this was not the case. I would like my money refunded back to me, as this was false advertising and the information provided telephonically by a person and not a BOT, advised they would call me two days before any debit would be scheduled to go off so that i can cancel. I am very disappointed and unhappy, i don't even feel like completing my course.
