False Advertising and **********
Shaw Academy is a **** I signed up for a free trial and they automatically reverted to debiting my account without my consent even after cancelling before I had even finished the co**** I was doing. It added no value to me and they consistently badgered me spamming my emails and sms's. I requested a refund after reporting to the bank and they point blank refuse a refund how convenient. They should be taken to task for their false advertising and their ***** transactions. Do not use them they are not reputable and they charge for diplomas and certificates anyway so there is a catch the course is not for free. Utterly dissapointed

Fyi i have emailed Shaw Academy a few times and get the same pitiful replies consistently "We do not offer a refund"
I would like to speak so someone in management, so this can be dealt with correctly.
