False Advertising, An absolute ******* Initiative

I am very disappointed with this initiative. They advertise that their courses are free but it is everything but! I tried to cancel my subscription a while ago and was told over the phone that a representative would contact me to cancel. It is impossible to cancel your account, what a mission! Today they deducted money off of my account knowing I want to cancel. Eventually after a huge struggle I managed to cancel my subscription or so a robot voice told me so who knows! I contacted them and requested a refund as I was very disgusted with my experience. I received a response from a lady who told me that they have loaded my profile with complimentary courses free for 6 months??? How does this even work, I did not give my consent for you to do this? You advertise that your service is free but then you **** people and trap them. I DO NOT WANT FREE CLASSES AFTER MY EXPERIENCE, AFTER YOU HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY ALREADY! THEY ARE NOT FREE THEB BECAUSE I HAVE PAID FOR IT! I WANT A REFUND!!!! The classes should've been free to begin with! I will make sure no one applies for this poorly run company. Refund my money.
