Extremely poor service and support, wont respond to emails and calls

They dont even deserve half a star, Stay Away from Shaw Academy, I have paid them for a 12 month subscription 2 weeks ago, after they debited my account incorrectly 3 times which took 7 days to resolve, now i cannot access my course materiel and take the assignments. struggling for 7 days now without any support. I have sent many emails with no resolution.
