Endless emails and no solution - Here again!

I am getting no where with this place!!

I am now trying to solve an issue for a friend who registered for this offered trial and has been charged for the course. He signed up on 10 May 2020 and cancelled on 12 May 2020. He received a cancellation email. He was charge R399 on the 6th June on the credit card provided. Many emails have been sent and all they tell me now is that it was not cancelled in the trial period and I was aware of the terms and conditions. You "Shaw Academy " should know your own terms and conditions. They tell me they can not process a refund because I cancelled after the trial period. How is this possible!!! I have been extremely patient. I find this service and way they are lending me and my friends extremely bad!

They can not provide me with a phone to call why??

I will not stop until this issue is resolved!
