E- certificate VERSUS diploma certificate

i have completed my final assignment for my advanced beauty diploma. this requires you to ,make a payment after you have done all the assignments. then you are able to do the final assignment and immediately get your certificate for completing the ENTIRE course. i keep receiving my final assignment which ive completed twice and yet no certificate for completion of the entire course. and i would now like to cancel my membership cause its been since the 18th of august that im trying to get my certificate.

this is now a battle for why i do not know
