Don't take the free month it will cost you when cancelling!

What a horrible experience, I joined for the free four-week course, and chose a topic after two lessons I realised it wasn't I wanted, so I stopped but I didnt subscribe. Then when I saw money come out of my card I realised I forgotten to cancel before the four weeks was up. I never got an email to alert me of the coming end of the free period. Anyway I took the hit and decided let me just cancel! I went to cancel and it took me to 8 Screens before I could actually cancel. That last screen was contact this number to confirm your cancellation! (no Jokes) I had to phone to comfirm cancellation at the other end was a lady who wanted to ask me questions and entice me to stay and I tried to tell as kindly as possible I just wanted to cancel. She wanted to offer me a certificate after attending two lessons only (What is that?). After over 9 minutes of my time and money, she eventually agreed to cancel. I actually took that course so I could see if it was worth it for a friend. I won't recommend it to anyone. Then I decided to opt-out of the email. Click. Takes me to another page where I have to sign into another section of the website. It's just ridiculous. All the red flags of a ****. But I won't call it that.
