Terrible support! I told them I can't see all the available courses (For context, I'm a lifetime member for the last FOUR YEARS! ) And support redirected me to their main site telling me I can find all their available courses there. I can see those courses on a NEW account, but not my old one! SO FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH THEM!!!
That being said. Don't buy into any memberships or other special offers... It's a ****.
I purchased the lifetime membership when it was offered to me 4 years ago ... Part of it was being able to complete all the courses and their tests. That's no longer applicable and I'm now being charged for course material and final exams ... AGAIN!!!!!!

In the email is explicitly stated:" No exam fees EVER"
You are ******** people out of their money with false advertising/bait and switch tactics!
I'm pretty sure this is also against the consumer protection act of South Africa
