They got me by placing stupid pop-ups with one-click purchase options on the screen every few seconds. I accidentally clicked for a "hard copy diploma" for a course I had unsubscribed from. I tried to be civil, I really did. I emailed them and explained the situation but they came back robotic with their lies and "oh but this, this, this and this can be thrown in for free" and that certificate purchases are non-refundable. I then explained that their policy has a mispriced clause so I gunned that since absolutely zero price is listed on these stupid one-click pop-ups. More of the same empty lies and platitudes were sent back to me. Rinse, repeat. I explained how no goods or services were technically rendered as it is a hard copy for a course I will never do and never have persue further so I will never receive it. I even sent them some resources on why their website pop-up and one-click structure will and has led to accidental and wrongful deductions. More of the same replies and a promise to cancel my account in 29 days. And then I fing lost it and let the profanities fly. They think I am ****** stupid that they delayed the cancelation into the next payment period, they think I don't understand how goods/services rendered works but they are just holding onto their little lies and ********* policies. They are *******, ******** AND **********. F*ING RUN, DON'T EVEN TOUCH THEIR WEBSITE. NOT EVEN ONCE.
