DON'T EVEN GO THERE! ******* ALERT!

It took me TWO MONTHS to cancel my subscription and stop the charges coming off of my account. Their cancellation process is layered with about too many steps to count, which you are only able to action over a phone call, NOT email, NOT an online form. (They MUST be getting a kickback from all of the airtime that each cancellation absorbs)

The cancellation was effective as of July 2020.

This morning I woke up to a notification that my account had been charged by them. Almost a year after I'd cancelled with them.
