Dissatisfied

I have registered for their for week free trial course, realized that the course is not really free because you still have to pay for information. I cancelled the course within 2 weeks online and said they will send confirmation which they did not. instead the went on to take money on my account. I went back to cancel again something happened and they took my money again and they are now refusing to refund it
