DISSAPOINTED!!!

Yesterday i was soo excited to find out about their 4 weeks free trial and did not hesitate to start with the registration as it was absolutely free. The whole process was confusing which led me into clicking ''purchase toolkit'' by mistake which is something that was off my budget at this time of the month. I then proceeded to sending an email to them requesting for a refund (even attached proof of payment). I got a call the today from one of their consultants welcoming me and all and i used the opportunity to explain my disappointment towards the debit order which she assured me that it will be refunded without failure. I then received an email from 1 guy called Ryan explaining how impossible it is for me to get my money back, instead he offered me a deal to kind of balance it off with the money i paid of which to me that is nonsense because at this point i need the cash refund not anything else. This is such a huge inconvenience
