Disgusting, *********, Uses Stalling Tactics

It has been almost 4 months and Shaw Academy still hasn't refunded me. They use so many stalling tactics to delay the refund. First, they said that they are unable to refund me because there is an open dispute on PayPal. That is not the policy and PayPal said that merchants can refund customers at any given time. After getting the dispute case to close, Shaw Academy is now not responding to any of my emails because they are delaying the refund. They are not even following the "policy" that they created for themselves. It is so disgusting and shameful. Don't ever trust this **** company.
