Disgusting people take my bread and milk money without asking

I didn't want this service, I simply enquired and now have had R399 deducted from my account which I cannot afford and what's worse is I can't get hold of them to sort this issue out and my bank won't give me the money back.

I can see I am not the only person this has happened to and honestly I need my money back now
